Susan MacFarland Quan
Susan MacFarland Quan teaches classic realist art.
This program was developed to allow the student to excel at their own pace and often encourages students to structure their own curriculum.
Susan MacFarland Quan received her initial training in oil painting from Laura Rector of Reno, Nevada.
Mrs. Rector, a California Impressionist, specializing in California Missions and Floral Still Lifes, took Susan (age 10) as a student in 1960. From then on, through various teachers and structured studies in classic art, Susan went on to develop courses for her own students.
Currently classes are being held at the following locations:
